The worst portillos I have ever been to. This is now the third time they have skimped on a $18 big beef. The GM was no help, until I reached out to their corporate office to report them. She then says that it is 6oz for big beef’s and every time I am there, no one is actually weighing anything, they just throw it in the sandwich.
