Chicago people, new Tampa people--BEWARE! Portillo's has finally went to the low road by lowering the beef on your beef & charging the same. I am from Chicago, ate at all the beef stands in the whole city, while being a salesman for 30 years, I know all the Portillo's in the Chicago area .So now, they want to rip us off by lower beef, maybe you noticed the reduction.
