This is a glorified drive through. No one could be bothered the self serve drink fountain was broken on 1 side.
Great Chicago Dogs and Italian Sandwiches! I usually make a stop here on my way to or from the DFW Metroplex. Just wish they had a Portillo's closer to Killeen. Other than Mansfield, the next closest one to me is heading south to San Antonio in Schertz, TX.
Absolutely phenomenal service! The food was fresh and one of the better burgers I've had from a drive-thru, and the fries were perfect. They were actually out of fries and it took them a little longer to do ours, and they gave us an entire extra large order of them to compensate for the wait. They were super polite, prompt, and attentive. They didn't get a single thing wrong when we asked for certain condiments to be left off either. Overall, 10/10! I'll definitely be back.
Food was gross, meat was dogfood, manager was screaming at her staff for making too many French fries. I was borderline forced to come here and can assure you that will never happen again. There are better places to eat, like Petco
