Credit where credit is due. Been here and other locations before. Somehow our order got screwed up and the staff fixed it immediately and all was good! We usually visit here when we have to go to Madison. So Service is rated excellent!!! Thank you!
The food here is what you can expect from Portillos but most of the workers are not helpful. The lady at the counter tried telling me they don’t do combos and everything is a la carte while the menu shows the combo pricing.
