Went to grab some food with my girlfriend and ordered 2 of their #2 meals that include 2 hot dogs each, fries and a drink. Took the lady almost 10 min to understand what we were trying to order after explaining it multiple times. Got our food and had no fries and only 3 hot dogs so I walk back in to get the rest. Thought I had the rest but didnt, gave us another hot dog but 0 fries. I go back for a 2nd time to get the fries and still only got 1 when we were supposed to get 2. Best people great food
Order completely wrong. My # on bag but not the correct food inside. Took a very long time so we were not happy when it came up wrong. Salad was missing. Took just as long to get that. Almost impossible to get staff's attention at the pickup window for correction help. Originally placed an order online for take out. Since it took so long to get my husband was settled into a booth and ready to eat. Thank goodness since I would not have been a happy camper had we gotten all the way home with someone else's order! The food was good and service as well
Best hotdogs I've ever had! Chicago style is the way to go. Italian Beef combo was delicious. Service was friendly and helpful. Large vehicles (Trucks/RVs) can park for a short time at the mall across the street.
