The beef and cheddar on croissant, they changed the cheese on it. And they claimed, they didn't. It doesn't taste the same as it did. I've been going there since that store opened. And I will never go there again. They keep changing stuff, taking stuff off the menu, and it's just not no good, no more, I will never go there again.And I will never recommend it to anybody ever
First time visiting any Portillo's and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavor of the food. Italian beef was tasty, dipped bread still held up and was not mushy. Chicago dog hit everything that it needed to. Vibes are cool, service was quick and attentive. Great fountain coke.
I went through the drive thru to get a gift card and the drive thru person was very friendly and helpful! Rating based on service
Dear Portillo's management. Please hire/train competent employees to work the drive thru. When someone orders a meal (i.e. #1), then the employee argues with the customer that they have to say that they want fries and a drink with it...come on!
Fantastic Chicago-style beef sandwiches in a old school diner atmosphere with extremely friendly employees.
