We are regular customers at Portillo’s, but almost every single time our takeout orders are missing items — sauces, onion rings, fries, something is always left out. When you dine in, you can at least walk up and ask for what you paid for, and they give it to you. But with takeout, it is NOT the customer’s job to check the bags — it is the staff’s job to make sure the entire order is correct and complete.
