July 17, 2025 I had made an order at the Clermont Portillos on 6/20/2025. Upon taking my order, I went to pick up my order (dine in) and was told that they could not complete my order because they did not have chicken soup. I stated my wife came for the chicken soup and requested a refund. The manager took my information and stated that it would be 10 business days for a refund. I am a loyal customer. However, I am done with Portillo's. The Portillo's in Forest Park IL rarely successfully completes my order. They omit items that I have requested. And they add ingredients that were not in my order. I am tired of them messing up my order. I do not recommend the drive thru. If you choose to use them, please carefully check your order before you depart.

Very unprofessional there was a manager or supervisor on staff by the name of Rosa. ABSOLUTELY SUCKED! Three times in a row waited each time over 30 minutes, then the order was wrong, cold and wasn't able to eat , hotdogs were like rubber and the fries were cold and hard! Went in to complain and a rat ran right across the room! DO NOT EAT PORTILLO'S!!!!

I had the worst experience at the Portillo's in Downers Grove. 1500 Butterfield RD. From the time I started to order, the kid had no clue about the menu. on 2/19/20 portillos had recently opened their Addison location and we placed an order which their computer system changed, it was wrong. We called the location directly and were hung up on over and over again without anyone speaking directly to us, but rather yelling into the phone that the computer system went down and they would hang up without asking anything so we had to call numerous times.
