Me my mother and sister and infant nephew came in today for lunch' spent 52 dollars which included 1 piece of chocolate cake. My sis was told to grab one from the stand infant of the register which she forgot too and asked me to get it, immediately after I grabbed it the manager AMY came blazing up to our table accusing me of just stealing it and was super rude, and abrasive and ruined our whole dining experience. Portillos is a great place with great food, However, this particular location has an employee or floor manager that goes by the name of “Ryan“ Who does not care about his job or the customers that enter this establishment. The people who walk in should not have to feel like they are bothering him or that they’re wasting his valuable precious time EVER! I recommend acquiring a different worker who is respectful to all who pay here.
I recently visited Portillo’s, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious! The hot dog was perfectly made with that classic Chicago flavor, the onion rings were crispy and golden, and the French fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. We also had two of their chicken sandwiches, and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and fast. If you’re looking for a place with great comfort food and amazing taste, Portillo’s is definitely the spot!
