Why is it. Anytime I order a big PLAIN NON DIPPED ITALIAN beef. It always comes out soggy? How hard is it to make a plain big Italian beef dry with gravy on the side ? Not hard at all. You guys also need to keep up on cleanliness. Your tables are gross .
