This was my first visit to Portillo’s, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. I found an INSECT in my food and reported the incident to the corporate team with photos, but never received any response. The lack of concern for food safety and the complete absence of customer service are extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location.
