I’m giving up coming to this location. Chicagoland Portillos only. My last experience was the worst. It took three times to get my order right. I even dealt with the daytime shift manager who was just as clueless as the rest. The food isn’t worth the aggravation. Good luck everyone, you’ll need it here.
The restraunt was clean, very cool place to eat. The service was really fast and the food was excellent. I had the Italian Beef Bowl and it was delicious. Definitely will be visiting again.
I stop for gas and wanted a quick bite. Wait was about half hour after placing order. Food is always delicious and worth the wait.
