Haven't ordered from Portillos in a long while. Quality at this location has been disappointing last few visits: hotdogs, ribs and fries just haven't been as good as they used to be. The Italian beef and sausage has yet to disapppoint. Tonight I felt like a vanilla shake and a piece of chocolate cake. Unfortunately for $10, i got vanilla flavored ice, with a deconstructed cake. I normally NEVER take the time to write a review BUT I was very disappointed with the service at this Portillo's location. The counter was being run by a bunch of teenagers who seemed completely uninterested, and after waiting over 10 minutes at the drive-thru window, I received fries that were not just stale — they were ICE cold in the middle.
