We couldn’t be happier with the services we received from Portillo Property Partners! Amanda was extremely responsive to every inquiry. We requested a quote to repair some rot and paint the exterior of our 1880s home on Wednesday and we had a very reasonable quote in hand Thursday night. There was no unexpected charges. Portillo Property Partners has been great to work with. They provide quality work at reasonable prices and are efficient in the planning and execution of projects. They are always prompt, responsive, and provide pictures and updates while working on projects. We have used them for exterior and interior paint jobs and help with apartment turnovers. Amanda from their office has been a pleasure to work with and has made every project we have done with them enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Gabriel and his team were great to work with and they did an incredible job painting our house and cabinets! He helped me pick the right colors and finishes based on my descriptions and did it all in the time he promised (even when I added a few extra rooms to paint), and the pricing was very reasonable.
