Initially, I visited the La Plaza Mall location and I was immediately greeted by Victoria! She then encouraged me to visit the 10th and Dove boutique to explore more options. At the Dove location , I was greeted by Ashley, who assisted me with selecting the right jewelry pieces! Very happy with my experience at Portillo Jewelers, and I would recommend to others — high quality, excellent customer service, and the end product of a custom designed ring was exactly what I wanted! Ashley was especially communicative throughout the process, I provided photos of a setting I was interested in, and they matched and built it perfectly. They also cleaned and repaired two eternity bands, returning them to like-new quality. When I need a jeweler in the future, I’ll definitely return to Portillo.
