Poor quality jewelry, unprofessional staff. Blamed my 2 year son for wearing jewelry everyday (not even a year old bracelet) Gave the owners a chance to reach out and none did. A lot of attitude from staff at the dove location. Would never shop here again
My fiancé & I got our wedding bands with Portillo Jewelers at La Plaza Mall with Eunice. She was extremely kind and helpful with walking us through the whole process. 10/10 experience highly recommend!
