This was the easiest purchase of carpet I ever made. I only needed a remnant to repair a damaged carpet and the store's selection was plentiful. The business carries a wide selection of other flooring as well since I considered tile. Great experience and highly recommend.
Great customer service. Portice installed carpet in a basement BR and basement stairs some years ago. Great install. Fast forward, we needed a repair on the basement stairs. Talked to Penny on a Friday afternoon after a really bad week for her. Vandals had shot the glass in the store's front door... what-a-pain. Regardless, Penny followed up and connected us with one of her very qualified installers (Rich Jones BTW) who called us that same day to arrange the repair (which looks great).
