Worst customer service and super misleading pictures about the place. Should actually change ownership or management
Horrible service...horrible food. Waited almost an hour for food only to be treated with disrespect..
I had never had a lobster roll before and I was told I couldn't leave Maine without trying one. I have nothing to compare it to, but the lobster roll I had here seemed pretty bland as well as a skimpy portion for $19. I saw this was a DDD restaurant so that's why I picked it. I never saw the episode but I can't imagine Guy going bonkers for this lobster roll. Whatever IPA they serve has a watery finish as well. However, great setting on the water and our waitress was very nice and provided fine service.
Had the mussels for an app and very delicious great food and service awesome atmosphere
We bring our guests to The Porthole Restaurant & Pub on our Taste of Portland Foodie Tour and the staff do a great job here. Everyone enjoys the lobster rolls and clam chowder as well as the lobster cracking presentation.
