Great place great team
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY!!!! Absolutely the worst so called health care facility in Portland. The staff Is non responsive and very slow. They put me in a room with an alcoholic person who was sneaking out to drink. Then would have violent outbursts. Throwing things in the room, shouting and smashing furniture. I was seriously injured and couldn’t move much, so I would have to just endure the neglect and punishment from this facility. I was supposed to receive regular physical therapy. This place is awsome. And Katelyn Mapes is the best activities director out there
The nurse Katherine is so great. Very quick to answer questions and provided a detailed plan of my clients rehabilitation. The brand new CNA Audriana was kind. She did her best to answer questions. With how busy she was, she worked hard to get my client what he needed. As a State Certified CareGiver making sure my client and loved one is respected & cared for is my #1 priority. My dad went here after a stroke and ended up staying for long term care. The staff was always friendly and helpful while he was there. They let us decorate his room and bring in some furnishings like a cubby, and put decals on the walls. I loved pushing him out to the front when the elementary kids were on recess so he could watch them play. One issue I had was laundry. His clothes would come up missing, and a hand quilted blanket with his name sewn in also disappeared and never returned. But he had good caregivers.
