Unprofessional Lazy . Rude possibly going through half the motions to accept and keep money for credit checks these long paragraphs of non accountability on several poor reviews and clear mismanagement is something that I wished I would have looked at before handing them a dime or wasting any time at all!! Showed up to my daughters house without noticed and abused her guest. Tried to bully my daughter over the phone and when I called to complain she said it is "Harassment" Sorry a legitimate complaint against you ****** is not harassment.

We have dealt with harassment from ***************************** on multiple occasions now. She is not anyone we have ever done business with. She is the mother of a tenant. We have never shown the property without notice and permission, nor have we abused a guest. Her statements are false and defamatory, and even the tenants do not make these false assertions. The tenants, including her daughter, have apologized for her behavior and told us it would stop. At this point, we intend to take further action to prevent continued ... read more

I have been talking to rental companies all over town. Most of them have been downright rude and barely answer your questions about how they approve. I was worried about putting in a half dozen applications and spending money if nothing was going to come of it. But when I called Portfolio Real Estate and the lady on the phone was very helpful, she answered every question I had about the homes, and the rental criteria and was very thorough. I inquired via email with Portfolio Real Estate regarding whether high speed internet was available at a townhome whose owner they are representing in trying to find renters. I was told to call iFIBER myself. I asked what schools serve the townhome. I was told to find out for myself. In my experience, when dealing with real estate agents, the schools and types of services that are available are among the first discussions you have.
