I have never been treated so rudely by a real estate agency. I emailed asking if high speed internet service is available and what schools serve the townhome we were interested in. They told me I needed to do my own research and, when I responded that I didn't appreciate that, they pretty much invited me to rent somewhere else. So glad my husband and I found this out BEFORE paying $86 in application fees. You see, Portfolio wants $43 and a separate application filled-out by both adults. Yikes!
