I have been a customer of Portfolio for quite a few years and have furnished a lot of my home with pieces purchased there. The staff is amazing, super helpful, knowledgeable, and never any pressure. A lot of the furniture is made in Canada and the selection of pieces and fabric is extensive. It is my go to place and I highly recommend them!
Bought a sofa and two recliners. I have had high quality furniture in the past and although the sofa held up well the recliners did not. Some springs fell off of both recliners in the first year. When I called they sent a fellow to come take a look, he brought a few springs that did not fit and never heard back from him when I called. It still functioned so I did not pursue it. I never did return to portfolios and probably never will.
Our family is thoroughly satisfied with our experience at Portfolio. The furniture is of excellent quality. We've worked on two design projects with Claire, who has patiently walked us through decision making and project management. She's a super star that approaches her work with both competence and a good dose of humour!
The team at Portfolio Interiors are incredible at what they do! They are professional, friendly, and helpful. We have worked with them on a variety of jobs and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase furniture.
