They overbook you with other appointments and try to book you in for a blowdry that any other hairdresser wouldn’t book you in for. My hair is medium and I have booked in here many times before, however today they claim my hair is a long blowdry. The Manager is rude, although the staff do their best. Sadly leadership lets this place down.
