Sans entrer dans les détails, l'installation de porte patio surdimensionnée était défectueuse avec une poutre non conforme pour soutenir l'ouverture de 12 pieds. Il y a un changement dans l'administration, les gens fautifs sont partis. Sans dévoiler son identité je veux remercier la personne qui a repris le dossier en main et qui s'est occupé d'engager des gens compétents pour enfin avoir une installation aux normes des codes du bâtiments. 1 ans plus tard deux thermos a changé, j'essais de rejoindre le service après vente et aucun retour d'appel après plusieurs tentative sur 3 semaines. Je recommande pas.
