The new people running this place now are truly amazing! We were a mess when we went in after losing our Daughter but they took the time to explain everything in detail and make us feel comfortable with the decisions we chose for her headstone. My father preferred USA made products, so a granite headstone from China was not a great option for him. We decided a locally sourced stone from California would best for him. They let me know that prices were increasing 145% on Friday due to the tariffs for all headstones, even USA/California sourced granite! She told me it was due to their Minnesota supplier of granite raising their prices due to the tariffs for all granite, regardless of country of origin! Highly recommend this place! Gilbert definitely took care of us.
Very rude and disrespectful. The dark haired female at the front was very sarcastic, mean and acted like she didn't want to do her job . I think either some training on people skills or seek counseling.Avoid this place if possible
