I called Porterville Ford to get a battery replaced. Krystal was able get me an appointment the same day and she sent someone out to replace the battery for me. Great service!
Krystal called me about a safecat that my car needed to have. Over the phone though, she was asking how my new car was doing for me and that in general, made me feel like she does truly care for her customers! Very kind over the phone and helpful and described everything in detail about the process that they were going to do with my car.
Krystal and Miguel were awesome! Great communication from both and very simple and easy service to use.
