We hosted our baby shower at the banquet hall and were happy with the beautiful venue but found the food and service to be lacking. We worked with a coordinator to align on timelines before the event and had to keep reminding the staff to serve the food and light the chafers. They even ran out of cutlery for guests. We were not happy with the customer service given the price of the buffet. The food also lacked in flavor. The venue itself is beautiful but the food and service leave more to be desired.
We wanted to grab some quick lunch after playing the Ridge 9, before heading out for the Poppy Ridge 18. We told them we didn’t have much time, after seeing a big party going on in the room. They got to it right away so we got our food pretty quick. Philly Cheesesteak with onion rings: both Philly Cheesesteak and onion rings are yummy but onions rings could be a little bit crispier, imo.
