Our Yorkshire Terrier, Lexie got very sick and the care she received at Porters Neck Vet was exceptional. The entire staff was professional, kind, caring and helpful. But special mention has to be made of Dr. Ron. He took the time to explain everything to us, was patient with our questions and even came in the next day (on his day off) to do x-rays and administer fluids.
