We have been here a few years. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. I don’t like that they don’t have very many trees so it’s hot, only 1 pool and 1 playground with 2 slides and swings for the ENTIRE neighborhood. It would be fantastic if they added satellite playgrounds and a pool for the section on the other side of the bayou. Also HOA fees are ridiculous, like over $1000. Fees like these are usually what you pay for at neighborhoods with trails and more amenities…. I just wish I knew this before buying our house.
