Furnace quit during the night. It was 15 degrees outside. I called and left a VM at 8am & Kelly called right back. He was able to come check my Furnace, go to a town 15 minutes away to pick up a replacement part and come back to fix the problem all before noon. Very grateful for his outstanding work. Really goes above and beyond.
Kelly is really a great Furnace and Air expert. He is fair and very quick to respond to the problem.
