I have dealt with Porter's Automotive for around 30 years. It is a family operation (Dad, Son, and Daughter). I have never left there feeling that I was cheated, or mistreated. Several years ago, I left for a two week trip, and left them my truck with a full page list of things to check out. John called me one time with a suggestion, and I OK'd the repair. I've been in the market for an excellent go to mechanic and I finally found it in Porters Automotive. It's a family owned and operated business and you immediately get the feeling that they're going to treat you like family. Mr. Porter not only explained everything in an easily understandable manner, I felt extremely comfortable with leaving my vehicle in his hands. They really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

I realized my car needed inspection- last month! I couldn't find a place to do my inspection without dropping the car off and coming back hours later. Then I tried Porters. They had it in the bay within 10 minutes. I had it back after maybe 45 minutes. Great people to work with. Friendly, fast. As I was waiting, I watched how they handled other customers because that tells you a lot. I was impressed. I'm going back when I need something again.
