These people are crooks! My wife's car was stuck in some mud and a state trooper was trying to help my wife by calling Porter's auto parts to bring their tow truck and pull her out. They pulled her out and then told her that it would cost $325! I was furious to hear this over the phone. I then called their company and asked for a quote of what it costs to get the same job done and they said $50 on the phone to me. I then told that them that is not what you charged my wife!
