We chose to go with Porterhouse after originally choosing a different realtor to put our house on the market and what a difference! With our first realtor, we had very few showings and no offers. After 3 months we decided to take our house off the market and contacted Tony and Eric and they suggested doing a "reset". I am so glad we did because what a difference!
