The technician Jamar was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our thermostat within 5 mins and had our furnace back working in no time. He didn't try to sell us unneeded services. He did recommend a furnace cleaning which we did. He was quick efficient and even triple checked to make sure everything was working before he left. We will definitely be calling him next year to service our ac

Had an issue with my AC, service call and everything was good. But then when diagnosing, first said it was one component, and changed it but still didn’t work. Then thought it was another part but said it would be 650 total and recommends just replacing the whole system (5500-6500). I elected to change out the part, which then proceeded to do another 30 minutes of troubleshooting, replaced the part, still didn’t work. Great experience! Technician (Jamarr) was prompt and courteous. Technician was capable and diligent. He found the problem with my condenser in about 30 seconds. And he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Only recommended a cleaning service that I did need. I highly recommend this company!
