Great experience! Technician (Jamarr) was prompt and courteous. Technician was capable and diligent. He found the problem with my condenser in about 30 seconds. And he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Only recommended a cleaning service that I did need. I highly recommend this company!

Had an urgent need and they were quick to help. They even came on a Sunday morning, on Mother’s Day no less, to make sure everything would be okay until replacement parts were available. Jamarr was great and explained everything thoroughly. Great service!

I paid $550 to have Jamar cleab my Lennix central air unit and refrigerant was added plus an additional $75 service call fee. Now my central air blows hot air. It was working prior to them coming. They said I need $5,500 for a new furnace. I called twice with no call back. Unprofessional.

My hvac system has been down for almost a year now, and I’ve had 3 different quotes, & all were not to my liking.. so this year I’ve called PorterHouse heating& cooling and they came out and estimated,& the next day technician Mike and Devon came out and installed my new AC as well as my new water heater,. I have been using Porterhouse Healing and Cooling for all of my furnace and Cooling needs. Jamarr is awesome. He cleaned my furnace today. Staff are always professional and clean.
