Genuinely great experience with Porterhouse. Jamar came out first, did a thorough job cleaning my blower and coil, and correctly identified that my AC unit was beyond saving and needed to be replaced rather than repaired. I'd already been quoted a repair by another company, so that honesty saved me from throwing money at a dead unit. Mike handled the install and did a fantastic job, new Ducane condenser, matched coil and plenum, and he relocated the unit from a bad spot under my deck to the back of the property.
