My hvac system has been down for almost a year now, and I’ve had 3 different quotes, & all were not to my liking.. so this year I’ve called PorterHouse heating& cooling and they came out and estimated,& the next day technician Mike and Devon came out and installed my new AC as well as my new water heater,. We’re so grateful and happy about our new systems..& thank you so much .. Highly recommended.. and the technicians are very knowledgeable and respectful about their work & customers.. Very satisfied customers..3/15/2025..
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Jamarr came to my home in the days it was well below 0 in the Chicagoland area, he was very polite and thoroughly inspected my furnace, told me exactly what was wrong, how/why it happened and educated me on the routine maintenance furnaces need at least twice a year.
Jamarr Joyner was my technician today arrived on time service excellent made me feel comfortable and knew his job thank you for being so kind and considering have a wonderful New Year
I have been using Porterhouse Healing and Cooling for all of my furnace and Cooling needs. Jamarr is awesome. He cleaned my furnace today. Staff are always professional and clean. My furnace got broken and the house was getting colder and colder. Technician Jamarr came quickly, identified the problem, gave an advise and help with repairs. Good job!
