This is the WORST place anyone can go to recieve any type of service..Extremely RUDE FOLKS, with no sense of professionalism, absurd and outrageous charges. Just a nightmare of a auto body shop...please beware!!!!!!
The beast at the front desk needs quite a few lessons in customer service & common courtesy. She likes to hang up on customers, unprovoked, after spouting her rudeness at them -which made me wonder if she was 12ys old (which CLEARLY, she passed that a LONG time ago). Aside from her "sparkling" personality, if you would like to wait over a month to get a bumper replaced & a little touch up paint done (after a 2 wk estimate was given -which is excessive as well), and not receive as much as a call to update you on the progress)... read more
I am not impressed. The service at the front desk is terrible. The job was late. The work was substandard and since I had to point out obvious defects the quality control is also poor They do however go to lunch and close right on time. I will go elsewhere in the future.
Please go to another shop! Annette is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She has no customer service skills at all. My vehicle was supposed to be completed within 3 days. It took over a week. 2nd it was a lot more than the estimate and 3rd when I went to pick it up the first time there were multiple issues with the job. The bumper was not put on correctly, there were bumps all over the paint, there were scratches on the paint and there was one spot where the paint was already peeling off.
