If you can go somewhere else, please do. My entire home purchase was botched. On some of the paperwork they had two plats listed and when I asked about it, as I believed we were buying a large lot of land, they told me they didn’t know and we couldn’t close if they had to figure it out. They were able to tell me there was a house on the other portion and that it was under contract with them also. We said fine and signed the paperwork.
