The receptionist Pam . upon completion of her introductory questions to find out who I am, how I would pay and what I would be seeing the doctor for. PTSD was the reason btw. Took it upon herself to diagnose me as having been abused by a family member at some point. Utterly offended I intended to keep the appointment and inform her supervisor.
