They did a fantastic job renovating this 100+ year old building. Two new elevators which is great in case one breaks down. The apartments were completely sealed off, so no more rodents! New bathroom fixtures and Italian marble countertops in the kitchen. New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
I have lived here for 3 years and I love it here it has been a ruff road for kmg and redwood office managers. trying to get things in order. If ppl would stop letting homeless ppl in and or move in an you cry cause they won't leaveand want the office manager to take care of it yes it would be a better place. I lived here for a year when Paulette was here it was okay now that redwoods taken over their maintenance is poor my toilet was broke from October till now and they finally did something about it after I went to the health department in the hospital for getting sick the landlord really doesn't know what she's doing the maintenance guy JT is a joke they've been on the news with how poorly the building's taking care of and how the residents feel also there's drug dealers in and out essence the landlord likes to let people bull... read more
No answer to issues despite promising people would be in the office Monday to address issues . I'd give yall 0 stars if I could. Horrible. Stop giving local housing to out of state slumlords
I just love it here! There is two elevators which is nice in case one breaks down. As for the bedbugs, I treated my place with a product called Aprehend (spelled with one p) It's a type of spray fungus that eats bedbugs. One dose and I haven't seen a single bedbug since, so it's worth the $150. And being 2 long blocks from the bus station you cannot possibly beat the location. Fantastic place! We are all going to miss Paulette as the property manager. She was the best!
