Fine Work! Porter roofing did a great job on our roof, it looks great every time I pull into the garage. **** was referred by a realtor who told of how he was able to fix problems that others could not. We did a tear-off and fix of underlayment, including around the roof HVAC (which was sagging) but was resolved nicely. When unforeseen problems occurred, they took care of them, professionally and politely. They weren't the cheapest bid, (nor the most expensive) and they did not try to upsell. GREAT EXPERIENCE! After the last spring rain, I discovered that I had a small leak that stained an interior roof/wall (which is how I discovered it). I used the Homeadvisor App and was pleasantly introduced to PORTER ROOFING Co. Josh V****** contacted me promptly and set up an expeditious time in responding to my home for a quote. Worst experience ever, wished we would of found someone, anyone else. Porter pieces out every facet of the job, the most disorganized company out there. They have no integrity and accountability whatsoever. I would describe our ghastly experience in its entirety but the writers cramp isn't worth the time and effort, two things Porter roofing lacked in tremendously, very poor effort over an extremely long time.
Stay away from Porter Roofing. Keep looking for a truly professional company. A large redwood branch had fallen and put a sizable gash in my metal roof. I had originally thought that the leak in my roof was due to the new solar panels that had been installed. So the excellent company (***** *** *****) that I used came out to make the repair. <p>We apologized to this customer for the lack of communication. Aaron’s daughter was in the hospital during their appointment time. As this does not excuse poor communication we offered $132 discount. This customer then followed up with an email to say she was not able was not going to pay her Adjusted invoice and that she would send an amount she felt was fair.</p> <p>In Robert's defense, the panels were over 50 years old, and the costly replacements had to be custom manufactured.
