I had the BEST ER doctor (Dr Starr) who did her due diligence and ordered a chest X-ray when I went in with bronchitis. I would have given five stars except that we could hear the women at the ER desk talking about how I needed a specific kind of surgeon. I had NO idea and this was not the way for me to find out. No explanation from the doctor yet. We were left to think they were bringing me right up to surgery. Receptionist( 2 lady's) on Saturdays and lab worker young lady are very nice, friendly and professional. I had lab work done and all was done in 20 minutes.Excellent service.
When I was about 5 I had a broken finger and they wouldn't treat it
The services, gym and food are all excellent. Everyone we came into contact with was respectful and attentive to all my father's needs. Overall I would recommend this facility through and through.
Made an appt online for 10:30, arrived at 10:40 but I had to wait in line for a walk in appt to get signed in with the receptionist, it was 10:46 when he was done and I tell her I had scheduled an appt online, and she said “we can’t hold it for longer than 15 minutes” it had been 16 minutes…………….. the waiting room was so full I couldn’t even sit down and had to stand and wait for 45 minutes to see a doctor.
