They appraised my home a few weeks ago. Based on Chris Lee's numbers from the comparibles he came up with, he appraised my home less per sqft than the average home sold or listed in Canal Winchester. How he came up with his numbers i don't know. The average sale and listing price in Canal Winchester is $122 a sqft. I know my custom built home is worth more than the average home in Canal Winchester. My 1st and 2nd floors have 3722 sqft. 3722 x $122 = $454,084.
