Paid the bill back in April for dementia patient. Check cleared. Keep on billing. Sent copies, keep on billing the same bill. Refuse to apply it and fix account they want us to pay a second time! Seems to me they are trying to get a dementia patient to pay it over and over so they make more cash. I have left messages at billing and I have sent copies 3 times of cancelled check from bank.
