I do not recommend this service department if you value being respected and cared for as a customer. I had to pick up my vehicle up after a scow storm.and it was the only vehicle not plowed out....I asked the receptionist to alert me when the car was accessible. She never called!!! II called a few times and no one answered the phone so I decided to come back in a few hours and when I did the car was still snowed in....I had to dig myself out even when (2) different accossiates walked by no one even asked if I needed for some... read more
