I wish o could give zero stars!!! Stay away! Beaare of shady practices! Ever since Hertrich took over from Porter, every single visit for simple things like oil change becomes a major production. Pure sloppiness. The last straw was recently when I took my car for an oil change (I have tne maintenance with new car purchase) and they couldn’t find my contract so made my husband pay for it and told him “to drive across the street to speak to the finance manager” who confirmed I have the maintenance package included. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I came in for an oil change, and the people that worked on my car changed my battery to a bad battery. I had to buy a new battery because my car wouldn't start. I went to them to check it and they said it was fine. I was lied to. BE CAREFUL GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. THEY LIED TO ME AND SWITCHED OUT MY BATTERY WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE.
Customer service is BS compared to Infiniti of West Chester. I paid to get my vehicle and then had to dig it out of a snow mound, they changed my oil and didn't reset the oil indicator. I'll be going elsewhere
