I just want to share my honest experience with Infiniti and the QX60 — and unfortunately, it’s been nothing short of terrible. I’ve owned (and driven) two QX60s this year, and both vehicles have been constant sources of problems. Between the mechanical issues and the poor service experiences at the Infiniti dealership, I’ve completely lost faith in the brand. Infiniti has officially lost my business for good. I wish I could give 10 stars! I had a flat tire in NJ on our way to Virginia, and had to be flat bed towed to the nearest Infiniti dealership which was Hertrich Infiniti. I called ahead and spoke to Mark, the parts manager and explained the situation to him. They had my tire in stock which was wonderful! Called Hertrich Infiniti Svc Department to attempt to become a new customer due to a move. Spoke to Kevin who was very confused that I wanted to make a routine svc appointment and while the car was there, I would like to have an issue addressed with the car horn. Adding that I also had an extended warranty on the car seemed to add to the confusion. Not to sure about Hertrich Infinity, I never had any leaks or spots on the ground. Then the clerk mentions the tech stated I had a leak. Not once did I see any leaks from the time, I left home. Today, I see a leak, it seems shady to me.
