Went in for first time maintenance/oil change on my Tucson Hybrid. Annoying that they don't make appointments but I can't take off half a star. I was nervous because of all the bad reviews on dealership service centers, but since it's a brand new car with warranty etc., I did want to take it to a Hyundai dealer. Great service
Wow. Second time I tried to get a recall item corrected and, no pun intended, still spinning my wheels. First time they said over the phone that it would take 2 hours but when I got there they said no, 4 hours. OK, stuff happens. Then I made an appointment for that specific work - dropped the car off at 9:15 and Rob calls at 3:15 to say that they would need to order the part. When I got upset he said, 'We need to do an inspection before we can do the work and the recall part goes with the VIN number." Which they had from the... read more
