took the day off from work to have Hyundai Anti Theft service performed ; had initial appointment on 4/23/26 and rescheduled for 10AM today. The part had been ordered prior to the initial appointment. After I drop the car off, 1/2 hour later Rob Williams calls and states "we don't have the part anymore, it was sent back due to being over 30 days' not only did I take the day off but I live in Aston and driving to Newark is 45 min.
