I guess it’s a good problem to have because they are very good at what they do, but it was going to take almost a month to get to repair my car. I had to tow to another dealer who could get to it sooner. If any other express services were very smooth.
Purchased a new 2024 Palaside and Aug 2025 I brought my Palaside down to the service team for a slow leak. The service dept said, “No appointment necessary just bring it down Friday (8/29) and they will order tire and install”. Brought it down 8/29/25 and my husband was told it would be 4 hrs because of the holiday weekend and people out. We weren’t told that. He couldn’t even get a shuttle. They had my Palaside from 10:30 to 3 pm when we picked it up…..to change 1 tire.
Went in for first time maintenance/oil change on my Tucson Hybrid. Annoying that they don't make appointments but I can't take off half a star. I was nervous because of all the bad reviews on dealership service centers, but since it's a brand new car with warranty etc., I did want to take it to a Hyundai dealer.
