My experience with Porter Homes building my new home was excellent. They have a very good team to work with from developing the plan, making finish selections, scheduling of subcontractors and reaching completion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in building a new home.

Very transparent process! The budget is a great budget with true bids to start so no hidden surprises. Dave and Rod are easy to work with on the design and the financials. Rod is on the sight and available to answer questions. The Summerhill build process has been a 5+ Star Experience. I strongly recommend!

Porter Homes did a great job building a home and detached garage for us. They were regularly on the jobsite overseeing the work and were responsive when requests for changes or corrections were made. They were honest and transparent on pricing for the buildings. They listened and responded timely to any concerns we had during the building process and thereafter.
