We have used Porter Heat & Air for many years. They have always saved us money in all the repairs this company has done for us. We do have an old unit and there will be a time when we will have to replace it. When we do we will be calling Porter Heat & Air.
Porter Heat and air were very professional. They did the job they said they'd do, the ac works great now (I'm actually a little too chilly ð??), they showed me how to change the filter properly, adjust the new thermostat, etc. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend doing business with Porter Heat & Air. These guys are professional, punctual and friendly and they had our system replaced within five business days of our initial call. We also found the pricing to be extremely competitive after doing some research and obtaining quotes from other HVAC providers in the area. John Porter made the entire process easy and painless.

I recently called Porter Heat & Air to come look at my air conditioning unit when it stopped blowing cold air. They reported to me that there was no freon in the system and they would fill it and inspect for leaks. They put 5 lbs of freon in (equating to $325 in freon) before discovering the leak. At this point they told me it would cost $1000 for them to *try* to fix, but no work was guaranteed and I was given the impression that the fix would not work for long if at all. And all the sudden the next couple days you decide we were wrong and you called demanding your money back you were given options and so was your husband and you decided to go another direction and you believe that we should give you back your money.
