Porter Immediate care - Husband went in for a lymes disease test. Ended up paying $70. for the immediate care visit and another $145. for a lymes disease test. In addition, my insurance paid another $110. They actually tried to bill BC/BS for $1,200. for a test. What a rip-off. We will never, ever go back to this immediate care facility or hospital. They are gouging to try and pay for the hospital. Go elsewhere. Then to add insult to injury. They never even called to give him the results. He had to call. Poor service, overpr... read more
Terrible service. STAY AWAY! The wait time is several hours, the staff does NOT know what they are doing. Worse place ever! To top it off we received a bill in the mail. They charge $725 to be seen. Other places the insurance totally covers NOT here. They deserve minus one million stars rating, after all they earned it! Nothing but a money maker. STAY AWAY!
Sent to lab for blood work and she didnt know how to do the test. So she just skipped it. A month later i am trying to get results so the docs office calls and finds out it was never done. Professionals? Not there!
