AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond to get the flowers delivered. I did a Designer's Choice selection and the arrangement was gorgeous. The customer service was just as spectacular as the flowers. I messed up and set the delivery to soon as I thought the receiver would be home sooner than they were. They actually made multiple delivery attempts, over several days, and worked to get the arrangement delivered. I will recommend and use Porter Flower Reserve again. They were very understanding and so sweet to talk to.
Walked in looking for a floral arrangement for my wife. The ladies went to work, found a great vase and pulled together a beautiful arrangement as I waited. They told me if my wife didn’t like it, just bring it back and they would re-work it. No need - my wife LOVED it.
Excellent customer service! Very easy to order and setup delivery over the phone from out of state.
