Pathetic excuse for a rental company
Kings Highway - Winona Lake IN Unit 5. Property management were very misleading. Over $900 for a sweat box, base boards had water damage, literally a machine set up inside, not on any photos shown. This studio is garbage! Maybe. a BIG maybe if they were renting for $600 a month it could be acceptable, not for $900.
We left our lease early due to the floor caving in ALOT of areas, esp from the kitchen into the living room, roof leaking in one of the bathrooms, mold growing in the bathrooms, laundry room, ceiling separating from the wall, mouse galore in this home, crack/leak in one of the tubs….yet they are gonna charge us a lease termination fee?!? seriously??? how about YOU that owns Porter Estates live in that house for three more months and see if you can do it?!?! very disturbing that they think its ok to rent a home like that. My roommate and I have been living there a little over 6 months and we absolutely love it! Anytime we have any problems or concerns they are always quick to fix it and very friendly we couldn’t recommend them enough!
Great place to rent from. Pam has been great meeting my needs and is very helpful
