Great place to rent from. Pam has been great meeting my needs and is very helpful
I’ve had an outstanding experience living here! The apartment is an incredible value – high quality, spacious, and well-maintained for a price that’s hard to beat. What really sets this place apart, though, is the top-tier management team. They are always responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about their residents. It’s rare to find such a great combination of quality, affordability, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
I never got a chance to post this before. But 3/3/21 my husband took his life in our home that we rented from Porter Estates in Warsaw. Unfortunately due to his way of doing so, it left bullet holes in the walls and my family got rid of the carpet where he has done it at so others didn’t have to do so. This company then sent me pictures of the bullet holes; knowing what they were because I had told them. Fantastic landlords who actually care about their tenants. Cannot recommend living here enough. Pam has been a fantastic person to work with and I'll forever be thankful that our first little place we called home as a family was here. Thank you for everything Porter estate!
This rental company has very cordial representatives first and foremost. I moved in May of 2023, and happy with a completely renovated space. New carpet, new flooring, new appliances. They have taken time to renew this place. The lease is straightforward and their app is awesome to pay rent AND request service- (I did once for a shower door and it was fixed before I got home).
