This company needs to get a different billing agency or get their contract cancelled. Their service for the ride may be great but like a PPO insurance their billing is very questionable. A collection agency should not be sending you a bill when they have not even processed the insurance claim
The guys who helped me when I needed help were fantastic. When I tried to pay the bill is when the trouble started. The bill had no account number,so I can't pay online. Now threatened with collection. Are you joking? Endless hold on phone...endless aggravation
